Should you have any difficulty with any of our products we will do our best to help. A good place to start looking for technical support is in the pages within this section.
By using the links above you should be able to find the product you are having trouble with. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact us by email or by phone on 01457 819790 (9 to 5 Mon-Fri).
If you need to contact us, please make sure you have the version number of the software you are using, which operating system you are using and details of any error message you receive. For hardware support we may require your serial number.
If a product is published by a third party we may need to refer you to the original publishers for technical support.
If you need to return a product to us then please contact technical support for an RMA number.
Windows 7 Compatibility
We are currently testing our software on Windows 7. Compatibility information will appear with the software support pages here. If you require compatibility info for any specific titles in the meantime, please email our Support Team who will prioritise your request.
